What does having clarity in your business really mean??
Knowing "how" to get to where you want to go is not the same as "why" you want to get there.
Most small business owners are masters at their craft, but they might not have the exact expertise on how to scale their business.
Having clarity doesn't mean you have to know "how" to get there.
The more time you stress about how to scale your business is less time you have to dedicate to your craft, which actually hurts you in the long run.
So what is the answer?
